I have been working with teams and organisations for more than 15 years, trying to understand why smart people with good intentions end up trapped in ways of working that don’t always make much sense.
I came to the Agile world from the social sciences, group intervention and participatory research, and since then I have felt quite comfortable on the border between disciplines.
I support teams, facilitate conversations, give training and ask a lot of questions.
