María Berenguer Caballero

Contemporary mental thinker. Aragonese, multifaceted agilist, pianist, actress, computer engineer, always a learner.

Agile Expert, Mentor and Trainer. With extensive experience in Agile transformations “from the inside” in different roles: from the team’s trenches to the management layers of the organisation.

I work both in strategic areas and with digital product and business teams, with a focus on knowledge management, inspiring and guiding them towards a continuous improvement mindset, in large organisations, SMEs and as a freelancer.

I share the knowledge from my 15 years of experience on social media (@merybere), at conferences and events, highlighting the role of women in technology in a field as complex as IT.

I actively collaborate with Agile and tech communities: Mulleres Tech, Agile Aragón, Cachirulo Valley. My theatre experience brings a special touch, a narrative and unique skills to my work, so that the workshops, training sessions and strategies I apply offer creative and effective solutions.
